I bought an antique dresser and an antique sideboard from an acquaintance. All Furniture Services picked up the two items at their original location, transported them to my home, then gave each a cleaning and sprucing up (touch up and polishing). Fee for the pickup and move was $175; work on smaller piece was $145, and $195 for larger piece.
I emailed an inquiry and photos of the pieces to Mikayal and got an immediate response and estimate. Scheduling the work was equally speedy. I was very pleased with the results. The technician, Magdi, and his associate actually got stuck in snow for a while at the address where they picked up the items, but they remained pleasant and good natured about it, which impressed me. They handled the furniture carefully, and completed the work very capably. I received a follow-up phone call from the main office to make sure I was satisfied, and a detailed receipt. This company seems very attentive to customer service, and I would definitely recommend them!

The company was immediately responsive to our request. A technician was scheduled to assess the requirements for a $40 consultation fee. He was prompt and helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable about the situation. He said a cleaning would probably suffice but, if we weren’t happy with the results, the chair could be repainted.
We made an appointment for a cleaning. The same technician came on time and completed the job efficiently and quickly. We decided the cleaning was fine. The fee was $255 as originally quoted.

Repair a badly damaged surface of a large distressed wood kitchen table.
I found that from the beginning that the company was responsive to emails and calls. They came to my house to look at the table even after I emailed photos of the damage. I felt the price was fair because of the damage. They took my table and gave me a 2 week turn-around. My table was delivered in ten days looking brand new! They also gave me recommendations on what cleaning products to use to preserve the new finish. I would definitely hire this company for future furniture repairs!

The company was immediately responsive to our request for time and cost estimates and always responsive and courteous in subsequent contacts by phone and email.

Replacement would have cost at least $2,500-$3,000. The chair looks brand new thanks to the beautiful job done by technicians from All Furniture.

The cleaning and recoloring was done with meticulous care and attention to detail. The technicians are real artisans in their commitment to quality and thoroughness.

I would happily recommend them and would certainly seek their services again if necessary.
